WASTE PURCHASE FROM CITIZENS

 

According to the provisions of Art. 112 of the Law on sustainable waste management (NN 94/13) and the Ordinance on waste management (NN br.121/15), the seller must have the following documents because otherwise we will not be able to purchase the waste:

 

  1. Seller’s ID card
  2. Seller’s OIB/PIN
  3. Giro account card (the bill must be filed on behalf of the seller, and the payment will be made on the submitted account within one (1) day)
  4. Signing a declaration on the ownership of the waste on the form prescribed by the Ordinance
